  • The aviation authority requires all commercial drone operators to be licensed in the Republic of South Africa
  • Only legal operators have access to 3rd party liability insurance to ensure that in the event of a crash or failure the operator is covered for all expenses
  • Many companies, estates and corporates are implementing drone policies requiring legal operations to be eligible for work and contracts
  • Flying Legally allows you to have peace of mind when conducting flights. It is illegal to interfere in any way with a drone operator and any individuals doing so are liable to prosecution.
